1. Services
I provide digital marketing services, including but not limited to:
- Facebook Ads campaign setup and management
- Audience research and targeting
- Pixel and Conversion API setup
- Ad creatives strategy and consultation
All services are provided based on agreed project scope.
2. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate business information and assets (logos, creatives, etc.)
- Grant required access (Facebook Business Manager, Ad Account, Website, etc.)
- Approve campaigns and creatives on time
If you delay inputs, timelines will shift. No exceptions.
3. Payments
- All services require upfront payment unless otherwise agreed
- Monthly services must be paid in advance
- No work will begin without payment
Late payments may result in service suspension.
4. No Guaranteed Results
Let’s be clear—I do not guarantee specific results (sales, leads, ROI).
Why?
Because results depend on:
- Your product/service quality
- Market demand
- Budget
- Competition
I optimize campaigns based on data, but I don’t control your business fundamentals.
5. Ad Spend
- Ad budget is separate from my service fee
- You pay ad spend directly to Meta (Facebook)
- I am not responsible for how Meta charges your account
6. Revisions & Scope
- Work is limited to the agreed scope
- Additional requests = additional charges
- Unlimited revisions do not exist
If you keep changing direction, expect delays and extra cost.
7. Access & Account Ownership
- You retain ownership of your ad account and assets
- I may request access for campaign management
- I am not responsible for account bans, restrictions, or policy violations caused by your business or creatives
8. Termination
Either party can terminate services with written notice.
- No refunds for completed work
- Ongoing services stop immediately after termination
9. Confidentiality
Your business data, campaigns, and strategies will remain confidential.
10. Limitation of Liability
I am not liable for:
- Business losses
- Ad account bans
- Platform issues (Meta outages, policy changes, etc.)
You use my services at your own risk.
11. Changes to Terms
I may update these terms at any time. Continued use of services means you accept the updated terms.
